ROLE TITLE: Counter Manager
LOCATION: Medicare Chemist, Forestside
WEEKLY HOURS: 22.5 hours (Thursday - Saturday)
PAY SCALE: £13 per hour + commission

As one of the fastest growing brands in Ireland, BPerfect Cosmetics are rapidly expanding and are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Brand Experts to join the team.

We design, develop and outsource the manufacture of a range of cosmetics that are stocked in over 1800+ retail outlets throughout the UK, Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and a multitude of outlets worldwide. We create innovative beauty products that are on trend, forward thinking and unique whilst collaborating with some of the best make-up artists in the industry and top beauty influencers.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Brand Experts to join our team, flexible working hours available. This role will entail the promoting and demonstrating of BPerfect products to customers, colour matching and upselling various products. The ideal candidate must be outgoing with sales experience and must not be afraid to stop traffic.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Our Brand Experts will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets by using key selling skills.
- Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products, and services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
- Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
- Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high shop floor standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
- Working with and communicating efficiently with a team.

THE INDIVIDUAL 
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. will offer a busy and demanding environment. To succeed you will need to be a customer-focused Brand Expert with a positive “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong knowledge of the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, product range, and brand values.
  • Previous experience within the beauty, cosmetics, or makeup industry.
  • Makeup artistry experience with the ability to confidently demonstrate products and provide expert beauty advice.
  • Passion for beauty trends, skincare, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working within a retail environment, ideally within a beauty or cosmetics setting.
