At BPerfect Cosmetics, we’re taking real steps to reduce our impact on the planet and build a more sustainable future.
Across our HQ, warehouse, stores and product development, we’ve introduced recycling systems, switched to more eco-friendly materials, and reduced packaging across key ranges.
We’ve planted 3,000 trees, installed electric car charging points, and now recycle coffee pods through a process that generates renewable energy. Our warehouse team has introduced a cardboard baler and is moving to reusable pallets, while our NPD team is cutting air freight and removing unnecessary packaging.
We’re also getting involved in our local community - hosting litter picking days and encouraging greener habits across the business.
This is just the start of our journey - and we’re committed to doing better every day.
RECENT MILESTONES
🌿A Greener HQ
We introduced categorised recycling bins in our canteens, added electric vehicle charging ports, and launched WFH Wednesdays - all helping reduce our carbon footprint and promote cleaner living.
♻️ Turning Waste Into Energy
At HQ, we now recycle coffee pods through Lyreco, where they’re processed at Granville Eco Park to generate renewable electricity and fertiliser - keeping waste out of landfill.
📦 Smarter Warehousing
Our warehouse team has introduced a cardboard baler to recycle packaging efficiently and switched to reusable AM Post pallets, cutting down on single-use materials.
🛍️ Retail Recycling Revolution
We’re piloting in-store recycling units to make it easier for customers to return empties. We’re exploring reward schemes to encourage participation and promote responsible beauty.
🌱 Sustainable Product Development
Our NPD team has removed unnecessary packaging from our Tan Studio range and prioritised shipping over air freight to reduce emissions and costs.
🌳 3,000 Trees Planted
We recently planted 3,000 trees as part of our ongoing effort to offset our carbon footprint and invest in a greener future.

We held our first company-wide litter picking day - the start of a regular series; bringing our team together to protect and give back to our local environment.
