ROLE OVERVIEW:
BPerfect Cosmetics is looking for outgoing, energetic and sales-driven individuals to join our growing Demo Team. As a Brand Expert, you will represent BPerfect Cosmetics across pharmacies, department stores, BPerfect Megastores, and exciting events including masterclasses, exhibitions and promotional activations. You'll be responsible for demonstrating products, engaging customers, driving sales and delivering exceptional brand experiences. This is a flexible, part-time role that involves travelling throughout designated regions in Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and occasionally the UK mainland. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Demonstrate and promote BPerfect products in-store and at events.
  • Engage with customers, provide product recommendations and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Drive sales through confident product knowledge and demonstrations.
  • Represent the BPerfect brand professionally at all times.
  • Travel to various retail locations and event venues as required.
  • Support brand activations, masterclasses, exhibitions and promotional events.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Access to your own vehicle.
  • Strong sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident approaching and engaging customers.
  • Flexible and willing to travel.

PREFERRED, BUT NOT ESSENTIAL:

  • Knowledge of the BPerfect Cosmetics brand.
  • Makeup artistry, beauty retail or cosmetics experience.
  • Experience demonstrating products or working at promotional events.
