- Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving store KPIs, retail targets, and appointment bookings.
- Lead by example to deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a consistently high standard of customer experience across the store.
- Motivate, coach, and support team members to maximise individual and team performance.
- Assist with analysing store performance and implementing actions to drive sales growth and improve results.
- Promote and maximise opportunities for makeup services, appointments, events, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Build customer loyalty through effective use of CRM systems and support brand campaigns, product launches, and in-store events.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture through clear communication, recognition, and ongoing support.
- Conduct regular team briefings and coaching sessions to communicate objectives, provide feedback, and support colleague development.
- Identify opportunities to develop team members' product knowledge, artistry skills, and commercial awareness.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and staff reviews in line with company procedures.
- Assist with cash handling procedures, stock control, inventory counts, and loss prevention measures.
- Ensure visual merchandising, store presentation, and hygiene standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines.
- Promote compliance with all company policies, procedures, health and safety standards, and retail partner requirements.

Support the day-to-day running of the store, ensuring operational excellence and a positive shopping environment for customers and colleagues.
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 2 years' supervisory or team leadership experience within a fast-paced retail environment.
- 3–5 years' retail sales experience, with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Strong people management skills, with the ability to motivate, support, and develop team members.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in cascading key information and coaching colleagues effectively.
- 2–3 years' customer service experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Good knowledge of the beauty industry, cosmetics, and current market trends.
- Previous retail management experience is advantageous.
- Familiarity with the BPerfect Cosmetics brand and product range would be beneficial.
