SALARY: £29,000 - £35,000 plus OTE

ROLE OVERVIEW:
BPerfect Cosmetics is a fast-growing and ambitious brand, and we are looking for an enthusiastic, driven, and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our Megastore in Buttercrane Shopping Centre, Newry. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the store, driving sales, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and ensuring the BPerfect brand is represented to the highest standard.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team. You will be proactive, organised, and confident in managing targets, store performance, and opportunities for growth. This is a full-time position, and flexibility is required, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and additional hours when needed.
THE INDIVIDUAL:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual with strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. The ideal candidate will be confident in leading and developing a team, driving sales performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining high standards across all areas of the store. A positive, can-do attitude, strong organisational skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure are essential. Please note that a high level of flexibility is required, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
KEY REPSONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve and exceed sales, retail, and appointment booking targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring every customer receives a personalised and memorable shopping experience.
- Conduct regular team briefings and training sessions, ensuring colleagues are informed, engaged, and knowledgeable about product launches, promotions, and company procedures.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and high-performing store culture that reflects the values of the BPerfect brand.
- Build strong working relationships with the Area Manager, maintaining effective communication and providing regular updates on store performance.
- Drive commercial performance through effective target setting, sales planning, and maximising all retail and promotional opportunities.
- Support the ongoing development of team members by coaching and enhancing product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service standards.
- Ensure the store operates efficiently and in line with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards.
- Demonstrate flexibility, reliability, and accountability while adapting to the needs of the business.

Identify opportunities to grow the customer base through networking, appointments, events, and local brand awareness initiatives.
DESRIABLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous experience in retail sales, with a proven ability to drive performance and achieve targets.
- Experience leading, supervising, or managing a retail team.
- Strong customer service background with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Retail management experience, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or fashion industry.
- Good knowledge of cosmetics, skincare, and current beauty trends.
- Familiarity with the BPerfect Cosmetics brand and product range is advantageous.
