BPerfect Cosmetics is a demanding environment that is rapidly growing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Retail Assistants to apply for this position in our Aberdeen pop up location.
You must be able to take responsibility for managing the BPerfect store efficiently along with promotion of the brand. Work towards constantly striving to grow and improve the store. You must be able to understand and set targets and tasks given at hand. There are various positions available and the individual must have full flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required to do.
The Individual:
We are looking for passionate and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Our store will offer a busy and fast-paced environment. To succeed you will need to be a customer focused Makeup Artist with a positive “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.
Please note: It is ideal that you have a high level of flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by using key selling skills.
- Confidently promote the BPerfect Cosmetics brand, products, and makeup application services to provide an unforgettable customer experience and encourage customer loyalty.
- Create and develop a bond with our customers by providing exemplary service.
- Drive both Makeup and Skincare appointments with a goal of bookings target
- Help upskill retail assistant colleagues on artistry basics / skillset
- Follow company guidelines to merchandise the store and maintain high standards, taking pride in your environment and personal presentation.
- Operating the payment system and handling financial transactions.
- Support your Team Leader and team by complying with all store policies and procedures, to keep the wider team and customers safe.
Essential Requirements:
- Sales experience

- Knowledge of cosmetics and the products within
- Familiarity of the BPerfect brand
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast paced environment
