Job Title: Pop Up Retail Store Supervisor
Job Location: Liffey Valley, Dublin
Role Type: 30hr/week (Temporary – 9 months)
Salary/Pay: €14.40/hr

Job Description:
BPerfect Cosmetics is a demanding environment that is rapidly growing. We are looking for an enthusiastic and innovative Retail Store Supervisor to apply for this position in our new Pop Up Megastore in Liffey Valley, Dublin.

You must be able to take responsibility for managing the BPerfect store efficiently along with promotion of the brand. Work towards constantly striving to grow and improve the store. You must be able to understand and set targets and tasks given at hand. The individual must have full flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required to do so.

The Individual:
We are looking for passionate and motivated team players with strong selling skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Our store will offer a busy and fast-paced environment. To succeed you will need to be a customer focused Store Supervisor with a positive “can-do” attitude and enjoy working as part of a team.

Please note: It is ideal that you have a high level of flexibility to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage time, establish priorities, delegate, and follow up effectively to meet goals and objectives.

  • Set an example of excellent timekeeping, punctuality and grooming leading by example.

  • Conduct regular coaching sessions to communicate objectives, set goals and follow up on progress where necessary.

  • Listen openly to others and respond appropriately with a balance between talking and listening.

  • Look for opportunities to develop artist capabilities both in artistry and commercial drivers

  • Perform thorough and timely staff reviews in accordance with brand guidelines where necessary.

  • Assist the Store Manager with cash loss prevention procedures and established security policies.

  • Prepare, coordinate, and ensure a complete and accurate cycle count and physical inventory as required.

  • Follow and implement all corporate visual presentation standards and guidelines.

  • Preserve merchandising, display and counter hygiene standards and guidelines at all times.

  • Ensure retail partners and BPerfect security policies are understood.

  • Adhere to all company and brand policies and procedures.

  • Possess strong people management, development, and leadership skills.

  • An individual who can network and drive internal & external events

Desirable Requirements:

  • Retail sales: 3-5 years (preferred)

  • Supervising experience: 2 years (preferred)

  • Customer service: 2-3 years (preferred)

  • Retail management: 3-5 years (preferred)

  • Knowledge of cosmetics and the products within
