BPerfect Cosmetics are quickly expanding and are looking for an enthusiastic Freelance Product Photographer to assist the Marketing Team. If you are a proactive and organised person with a passion for engaging product photography and are excited to be a part of a high performing team, then we would love to hear from you.

THE ROLE
As part of the digital marketing and production team, you will be responsible for creating a range of first class product imagery for use across various platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Your role will need to change and adapt to the needs of the business but key priorities of the position will include:
- Responsible for the set up, direction and shoot of various BPerfect, Mrs Glam and 10 Second Tan products.
- Shoot, edit and deliver high quality e-commerce and creative product photography that aligns with the creative vision of each brand.
- Responsible for fulfilling creative briefs to the highest standard as requested.
- Source props and lighting, ensuring execution of all creative shoots are to the standard required.
- Ensure all shots reflect BPerfect’s brand identity and all guidelines and deadlines are respected.
- Carry out consistent research and have an understanding of new trends, using Pinterest, Instagram etc to stay inspired, in order to bring the correct approach to every shoot.
- Adhering to tight deadlines on occasion.

THE INDIVIDUAL
We are looking for a talented individual with a creative flair who is interested in expanding their experience and developing their existing photography skills. You must have previous experience in product photography within a studio or cosmetics company.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, focused and be detail driven to cope with an extremely fast-paced working environment where you will often be required to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
- Previous experience with e-commerce and creative photography with strong photography and lighting skills.
- Maintain a consistent high level of photography that is complementary to each brand.
- Ability to communicate clearly, accurately and confidently while being proactive with the ability to take initiative.
- Be able to work on briefs set by the business for marketing content and able to follow brand guidelines whilst using your knowledge in photography to produce the best results.
- An exceptional eye for detail.
