Our Sales Assistants will join the team as brand ambassadors and are the essential link between our beautiful products and our customers. Coached by the store management and training teams, our Sales Assistants contribute to the success of the store by driving sales, excelling in customer service and offering their knowledge of the product and brand.

The Regulatory Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products comply with regulatory requirements throughout their lifecycle — from development and manufacturing to marketing and distribution. This role involves leading regulatory submissions, managing product registrations, reviewing claims and labelling, and ensuring ongoing compliance with relevant cosmetic legislation.

As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of account managers, ensuring efficient order processing, accurate sales records and provide excellent customer service. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Operations and New Product Development teams to support successful product launches, order processing and sales performance. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to manage your own accounts.
