BPerfect Cosmetics is a fast-growing, innovative beauty brand known for trend-led products and bold marketing. We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven National Account Manager to drive growth across key retail and e-commerce accounts.

Role Overview 

The National Account Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans across national retail and online accounts across the UK, ROI and International markets. You’ll drive revenue growth, build strong partnerships and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver best-in-class execution across all channels. Demonstrating high levels of energy drive and resilience, with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Growth:

·       Develop and implement strategic sales plan to grow revenue across wholesale accounts.

·       Deliver against ambitious sales targets and KPIs.

·       Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers and key stakeholders, to cultivate sustainable, long-term partnerships with retailers.

·       Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities for up-selling.

·       Lead annual and quarterly channel reviews to report performance and opportunities to the Sales Manager and Senior Leadership Team.

Account Management:

·       Manage and grow relationships with key retail and e-commerce partners in the UK, ROI and internationally.

·       Build effective working relationships with customers to understand their requirements and sales/market trends to leverage

·       Lead joint business planning and implement strong marketing calendars to support performance and product launches, where applicable.

·       Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Operations and NPD teams to optimise performance and sell-through.

·       Ensure high levels of customer service to exceed customer expectations at all times.

·       You will manage, grow & develop existing wholesale accounts in line with strategic business goals.

Operational Agility:

·       Maintain accurate sales forecasts to support internal demand planning.

·       Provide performance updates and analysis as required by the Sales Manager and Senior Leadership team to assist with sales, financial and operational planning.

·       Work closely with other Account Managers, sharing best practice.

·       Attend trade shows, when required, to represent the brand.

·       Maintain up-to-date market knowledge and developments within the industry, with an overall understanding of the competitive environment in which BPerfect operates.

The Person 

Essential: 

·       Proven experience in account management within cosmetics or FMCG space.

·       Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.

·       Track record of developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets and exceeding KPIs.

·       Highly motivated, results-driven and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

·       Significant experience of account management with a complex and diverse customer base. 

·       Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a proactive and flexible approach.

·       The ability to work cross-functionally, building strong relationships both internally and externally.

·       High degree of self-motivation, attention to detail and ability to work autonomously. 

·       At least 3 years working in a targeted, sales role.

·       Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Desirable:

·       Experience in international account management, such as EMEA.
