The Role:
The E-Commerce Executive role is pivotal in driving the digital presence of the business, optimising e-commerce platforms and ensuring seamless customer experiences. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, strategically minded, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Leading the e-comm team with product launches and seasonal sales while regularly reviewing and updating product information, collections and landing pages to ensure they are up to date and promoting the brand effectively.
- Managing the product catalogue content - ensuring products, images and information is accurate, consistent, and easily found by customers.
- Analysing e-commerce performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement including upsells, the post purchase journey and abandoned carts.
- Assisting with the creation and analysis of promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
- Working alongside the web development team to support the implementation of website updates, including layout changes, new feature integrations, and maintenance tasks.
- Reviewing and recommending new site features and functionalities.
- Creation, set up and analysis of email marketing campaigns.
- Analyse current trends in the ecommerce space and competitor activities to enhance website performance.
- Maintenance of the BPerfect app - product uploads and overall app functionality whilst reporting and analysing performance.
- Assist in the development, execution, and optimisation of email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, content creation, and performance analysis.
- Assisting with the SMS strategy.
- Providing insights via Shopify and Google Analytics.
- Data analysis and sales reporting - daily, monthly and quarterly.
- Working closely with the in-house design team for online assets.

The successful candidate will have the ability to work under pressure in an exciting and fast paced environment. This individual will be a forward thinking web/digital marketing specialist who is passionate about creating an incredible online shopping experience whilst maintaining a high attention to detail.
Essential Experience:
- Minimum 2 years experience in a digital marketing role.
- Experience in website management.
- Experience of using email marketing software.
- Proven experience in managing a minimum of 1 other team member.
Desirable Experience:
- Copywriting experience.
- Previous experience working within the cosmetics industry.
- Experience with TikTok and TikTok Shop.
- Experience in undertaking SEO.
- Web design / optimisation experience.
