E-Commerce Assistant

BPerfect Cosmetics are rapidly expanding and are looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated E-Commerce Assistant to join the Marketing Team. If you’re a proactive, organised person with a passion for E-Commerce and Marketing and you’re excited to join a high performing team, then we would love to hear from you!

The Role:
The successful candidate will work alongside the E-Commerce team and be a key contributor to the growth of website revenue and performance of our E-Commerce site. You will be sales and data driven and have the ability to increase online presence as well as the ability to provide an outstanding customer experience. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in uploading and updating product listings on the e-commerce platform, ensuring accuracy in product descriptions, images, and prices.
  • Monitor and respond to customer reviews and feedback, maintaining a positive online reputation.
  • Assist in analysing e-commerce performance metrics, generating reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Assist in managing promotions, discounts, and special offers on the website.
  • Support the implementation of website updates, including layout changes, new feature integrations, and maintenance tasks.
  • Assist with Email Marketing.
  • Analyse current trends in the ecommerce space.

The Individual:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated team player with excellent communication skills, organisation skills and a passion for the cosmetics industry, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Essential Experience:

  • Hold a Marketing/Business related degree or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in an e-commerce or retail environment.
  • Strong organisational skills to meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail.

Desirable Experience:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms - preferably Shopify+
  • Email Marketing experience
  • Copywriting experience

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent 

Location: HQ based - Lisburn, Northern Ireland
