The P.Louise Paints are a completely different formula to the famous P.Louise bases. These paints are super thick in consistency and a little amount of product goes a long way, they also dry matte in 60 seconds without any shadow being needed to apply on top.

How are they different to the Base?
The paints dry matte alone, whereas the P.Louise Base will keep that tacky finish unless set with powder. Just like the Bases though, these paints can be used in multiple ways, not only on the eyes! These paints are the perfect product to create those super sharp cut creases, without setting the product and avoiding creases on the eye. We love to blend the paints and use them as cream shadows, again because they dry matte you will not have a shiny blend, but a full coverage matte crease. The paints are perfect to create ombre liners and to apply in the waterline, just like the P.Louise bases, however the paints set alone so no shadow is needed to be applied on top.
Creating the perfect matte lip with these paints is easy. They are perfect for lip art and detail while also working well as a full colour lip. You can top it off with clear gloss to give a glossier finish. Because of the consistency where you apply this paint is where it will stay, so they are perfect for small details on the body, eyes, lips, and you are guaranteed that this product will not budge.
