Sales Account Executive - Lisburn

About Us:
BPerfect Cosmetics, headquartered in Lisburn, is a rapidly expanding and innovative company renowned for delivering high-quality cosmetic products. We are seeking a diligent and responsible Sales Account Executive to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in assisting our team of Account Managers and Business Development Managers with day-to-day tasks, ensuring seamless operations across all facets of our business.

The Role:
As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team of account managers, ensuring efficient order processing, accurate sales records and provide excellent customer service. You will work cross-functionally with the Sales, Operations and New Product Development teams to support successful product launches, order processing and sales performance. For the right candidate, there is also an opportunity to manage your own accounts. This role offers an insight into various areas of the business is a great opportunity for a driven and motivated individual to join our fast-growing business.

Key Responsibilities:
· Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
· Manage order fulfilment and tracking, providing updates to customers as needed
· Resolve any order-related issues or discrepancies promptly
· Utilise advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables and formulas) to create daily sales reports
· Develop and update administrative processes to enhance efficiency
· Support the onboarding process of new accounts
· Maintain and update the dedicated trade website for business-to-business customers
· Opportunity to manage own accounts for the right candidate

The Person:
To be considered for this position, applicants must demonstrate the following skills and experience:
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables and data visualisation techniques
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage own time and work within a team
· Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to adapt to change
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Desired Skills:
· Experience working with StoreFeeder or similar stock management software
· Experience working with Shopify
· Experience working with PowerBi or similar reporting software

Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or sales role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
